Value of Projects Delivered to Date:
Committed to Social Value
Social value is a real, scored part of the public-sector tenders we compete for — and it's something we take seriously beyond the paperwork. Three things we focus on across every project:

Community
We build in the places people live, learn and work, so we take our role in the local community seriously. Wherever we can, we use local labour and local suppliers, keep residents and neighbours informed throughout a project, and look for ways to give something back to the schools and public bodies we work alongside.

Environment
Construction has an impact, and we try to keep ours as light as possible. We look to reduce waste and reuse materials wherever a project allows, work with our supply chain to source responsibly, and factor sustainability into the practical decisions we make on site.

People & Skills
Our own site teams and trusted supply chain are at the heart of every project we deliver. We invest in training and development, prioritise health and safety on every site, and support the skilled trades that keep the construction industry going — helping to build careers as well as buildings.
